San Tan Valley Complex is coming along
A county complex is being built in San Tan Valley that will provide numerous government services to the community, currently only provided in the Town of Florence. In addition the complex will house a new substation for the Pinal County Sheriff's Office and a library.
The North Building was decked this week and storefronts will be installed shortly. Main lines for the sprinkler are complete. HVAC and curbing are currently being installed.
On the South Building, masonry has reached 12'8" and Steel beams will be installed once the masonry is complete.
The project is on schedule to open April 2021.
